We're activelyseeking aSenior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Experience, Talent Acquisition team. This roleis based at our Corporate Headquarters in Newport Beach, CA.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Pacific Life, you will drive enterprise-wide hiring strategies that fuel our business growth and innovation. In this role, you'll lead recruitment efforts for our critical Actuarial function as well as other complex roles across the organization. You'll be a strategic advisor to hiring leaders, using market intelligence, data, and your consultative expertise to influence outcomes and deliver exceptional talent.

How you'll help move us forward:

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top internal and external talent.

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to hiring managers, advising on search strategies, candidate evaluation, compensation, and talent trends.

  • Drive a structured and engaging selection process.

  • Champion the candidate experience with timely communication and a personalized approach.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Early Career, People Experience, and other TA team members to improve outcomes and share insights.

  • Contribute to enterprise-wide talent initiatives.

The experience you bring:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for specialized, hard-to-fill roles.

  • Strength in competency-based interview techniques and presenting qualified slates to stakeholders.

  • Business acumen and influencing skills to guide decision-making and hiring outcomes.

  • A data-informed approach to sourcing and talent engagement.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience recruiting actuaries or within the Financial Services sector.

  • Proficiency with Workday Recruiting.

  • Agile methodology experience in an HR or TA function.

  • Deep passive sourcing expertise and strong market intelligence.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$100,530.00 - $122,870.00
