Level II Deskside Support Technician

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Helpdesk Specialist for a 4-month contract role with our client in Amarillo, TX. This position requires working onsite 5 days per week. Some travel between two client sites, which are close to each other (within 6 miles).

Schedule: First shift: Monday-Friday from 8 am-4:30 pm CST. No OT expected and no after-hour support.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Summary

Serve as a key resource for onboarding new hires, ensuring seamless setup and system access. Provide Level 2 technical support for end users, addressing complex issues related to the installation, configuration, and operation of assigned hardware and software products. Escalate unresolved issues to Level 3 support as appropriate.



  • Need experience supporting hardware, software for laptops and desktops- call center only experience is not enough
  • Reimaging laptops and desktops with O365 package
  • Tickets are submitted in ServiceNow- ServiceNow is helpful but not a must-have
  • Need a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
