Shift Options: * First Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM * Afternoon Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM * Onsite \| 5 Days a Week What You'll Do: * Be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, email, or chat helping users solve their tech issues. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 10, and more. * Log and track incidents in ServiceNow, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when needed. * Deliver top-notch customer service with patience, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset. What You Bring: * A passion for technology and helping people. * Experience with or knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to follow procedures and work independently or as part of a team. * Previous help desk or service desk experience is a plus-but not required! Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
