This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to continue to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment, supporting internal users and assisting with hardware deployment and device lifecycle management. What You'll Be Doing: * Provide Level 1 technical support via phone, email, remote tools, and at the walk-up desk. * Troubleshoot common issues such as password resets, application access, printer setup, and email problems. * Support a Windows 10 environment with Dell PCs and laptops. * Assist with hardware deployments, including imaging, setup, and returns of leased equipment. * Log and manage tickets using ServiceNow. Who We're Looking For: * Associate degree in IT (required for future full-time consideration). * 0-3 years of IT support experience. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Experience with hardware support, imaging, and troubleshooting. * Previous internship or hands-on tech experience (e.g., retail tech support) is a plus. * Open to students seeking summer work-clear, scripted instructions make this a great learning opportunity. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
