*Overview:*
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented PC Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale hardware refresh and EMR migration project within a major healthcare system. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative that will directly enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Project Scope: The healthcare organization is undergoing a major transition from Cerner to Epic EMR, with a go-live date of March 1, 2026. To meet Epic's hardware requirements, the team will be deploying and configuring: * 500 Zebra label printers * 200 Workstations on Wheels (WOWs) * 200 24" monitors * 500 iPads * 500 barcode scanners *Key Responsibilities:* * Deploy and configure new PCs, laptops, and peripherals * Image machines and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 installation issues * Connect and configure devices with IP addresses * Utilize Active Directory for device and user management * Provide on-site support and escalate issues as needed * Maintain professional communication with team leads and end users * Ensure all tasks meet project quality assurance standards * Deliver exceptional customer service in a clinical environment *Required Skills:* * Experience with PC/laptop deployment and imaging * Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11 * Familiarity with hardware installation and peripheral setup * Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Professional appearance and demeanor *Preferred Qualifications:* * Previous experience in a healthcare IT deployment project * Experience working with Epic or Cerner environments *Work Environment:* * On-site, Monday through Friday (40 hours/week) * Flexibility to work off-hours as needed * Collaborative team environment with strong leadership and support *Why Join This Project?* You'll be part of a respected deployment team already embedded within the organization, with access to experienced leads and a clear roadmap for success.
