The Cross-Domain Analysis Portfolio (CDAP) is a team within the Sea, Land, Air Division that specializes in integrating cross-disciplinary concepts into warfighting capabilities that span across the full range of domains from the seabed to space. We build upon concepts from operations research, systems engineering, military operations, and program analysis to advise DoD leaders on decisions to acquire innovative technologies, optimize existing processes, and influence policy to advance our military. #KS SPA has an immediate or near-term need for a Program Manager supporting ONR Code 35. Responsibilities Primary responsibilities: act as program manager for tech initiative programs dealing with Directed Energy. Prepare program material and answer data calls from senior Navy leadership and Congress. Work independently and collaboratively to achieve program objectives. Organize, coordinate, and lead meetings.
