The Cross-Domain Analysis Portfolio (CDAP) is a team within the Sea, Land, Air Division that specializes in integrating cross-disciplinary concepts into warfighting capabilities that span across the full range of domains from the seabed to space. We build upon concepts from operations research, systems engineering, military operations, and program analysis to advise DoD leaders on decisions to acquire innovative technologies, optimize existing processes, and influence policy to advance our military. #KS

SPA has an immediate or near-term need for a Program Manager supporting ONR Code 35.



Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities: act as program manager for tech initiative programs dealing with Directed Energy. Prepare program material and answer data calls from senior Navy leadership and Congress. Work independently and collaboratively to achieve program objectives. Organize, coordinate, and lead meetings.



Qualifications

Required:

    BS Degree
  • Technical experience in related technologies
  • Minimum 8+ years of Program Management or Program Management Support
    • Basic fiscal skills
    • Office 365 (Excel/PowerPoint/Word, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Experience with the application of system engineering principles
  • Understanding of military tactics and principles
  • Ability to work onsite 2 days/week, 3 days telework
  • Ability to interact with academia and senior leaders, Effective at verbal and written communication
  • Active Secret clearance, and the ability to maintain it throughout employment

Desired:

  • MS Degree
  • DAWIA certification, FAC-P/PM certification, or PMP
  • DoD or DON experience
