NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to the Sr Branch Manager. Serves as a supervisor to all branch personnel working with the Sr Branch Manager in order to have consistent policies and procedures. Assists the Sr Branch Manager, in the day-to-day operation of a branch. Supervises the branch in the absence of the Sr Branch Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
1. High school diploma or equivalent. College degree is preferred. Minimum one-year supervisory experience in a financial environment or successful completion of a Landmark leadership development program. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
2. Proven ability to assist in the management of a branch with high member interaction volume or proven ability to assist in the management of multiple branches with a combined high member interaction volume.
3. Demonstrated experience balancing multiple priorities and managing a variety of projects in a high-volume work environment with strong attention to detail.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
5. Ability to use independent judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
6. Must have, or be able to attain, a National Mortgage Licensing System registration (NMLS#) and be licensed, or be able to attain licensure, to sell credit insurance.
7. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to the position. Must understand and comply with all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Assists in hiring, training, supervising and evaluating the staff. Serves as the manager when needed.
2. Assures that the members receive high quality, efficient, friendly and professional service.
3. Trains branch personnel in various duties, and oversees the scheduling of personnel, ordering of cash, and workflow of the branch.
4. Serves as a PFO as needed in order to provide optimum member service.
5. Completes and forwards all monthly logs to the proper personnel in a timely fashion.
6. May be required to attend training and/or meetings at headquarters or an off-site location.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
