The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Transformation Adoption Lead to support the successful adoption of enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring that employees across the organization are prepared, supported, and equipped to adopt new systems, tools, and ways of working.

As a key member of the Transformation Management Office (TMO), you will partner closely with program managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to develop and execute change strategies that drive user engagement, minimize disruption, and accelerate adoption. The ideal candidate brings a people-centered approach, strong program execution capabilities, stakeholder management expertise, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and articulate a clear transformation adoption strategy aligned with organizational objectives while adapting to ever-changing environments to improve business adoption, enhance customer and employee experience, and drive scalability for Adobe's future.

  • Collaborate with change management professionals to drive adoption of new technologies and workflows, and support the organization in transitioning to new ways of working by promoting a culture of innovation.

  • Build strong partnerships across departments including IT, Operations, Finance, HR, and Marketing to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives, and sustained adoption across business functions.

  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for transformation adoption; track and report on progress to executive leadership.

  • Define, monitor, and communicate goals and progress clearly to executive leadership, managers, and frontline team members.

  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions, user feedback loops, and readiness assessments to inform and adjust adoption strategies.

  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to address potential impacts proactively to empower sustained adoption of transformation initiatives.

  • Stay current on best practices in change management, digital adoption platforms, and emerging technologies (including AI-enabled tools).

  • Build alignment, gain buy-in, and ensure the sustainability of transformation adoption efforts with executive leadership.

  • Champion a user-centric approach to transformation-ensuring that solutions are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with business needs.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in how Adobe delivers and embeds change, user adoption, and user experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading digital transformation and user adoption efforts in large, complex multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Proven experience in driving adoption of internal digitization of processes, systems, and operating models across various business functions.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in matrixed organizations. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills essential.

  • Solid understanding of change management principles and user adoption strategies required.

  • Experience with procurement, travel & expense, and global business service transformation is preferred.

  • Master's Degree or MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree in related field required.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $119,700 -- $256,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
