As the Technical Lead in Majors Acceleration you will be responsible for establishing technical leadership in scaling our AI agentic applications adoption among our Majors Enterprise customers. ResponsibilitiesPlatform Reliability is such an important foundational platform experience that our ambition is to provide all Majors customers with Unified Support the top priority (P0) risk assessment and remediation recommendation through automation. Deep technical expertise is critical to land this vision as a reality:Understand the production telemetry available through our engineering instrumentation.Derive insights for our field workforce to have discussions both at executive and technical levels on the risks that our customers' mission-critical workloads are exposed to, and the remediation strategy, cost, and effort associated.Cover both reliability and security, and optimization to derive a technically and financially sound proposal.AI Agentic Application Development:To accelerate enterprise customers' AI adoption, we need to ground ourselves on technical facts and product truth to understand what needs to be true to scale our GTM motion.Understanding the IP assets available, customer/partner readiness needs, and the most common industry use cases in broad Majors territory are a few examples of key topics we need to double down on. Critical Skills for Success in this Role:Deep Technical Expertise: Be an expert in the Well Architected Framework (WAF). Working knowledge with AI Agentic Systems across Large Language Models (LLM) and Reasoning + Copilot stack + hands-on capability with Copilot Studio to do prototype coding and implementation.Fast Learner: Have the curiosity, passion, ability, and drive to keep up with the latest developments in the AI technology landscape, both from Microsoft and the broader AI ecosystem.Executive Presence: Build confidence and trust with corporate and field partners.Program Management: Derive the governance process to track and improve on the KPIs of successful QEI landing and AI adoption.Agile and Adaptable Working Style:Be versatile and adaptable in rapidly evolving business/org situations.Keep pace with the business and maintain relevancy as the business changes focus and direction.Embody our culture and values
