Job Summary: The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for managing a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks and provides clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. The Human Resources Assistant is a highly detail-oriented and dependable team member who displays strong communication skills when providing clerical and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role is key to ensuring HR functions run smoothly and efficiently, particularly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The HR Assistant has strong time management and organizational skills and uses a problem-solving approach. Requirements:
