Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is$111,500.00 to$185,800.00.

Position Details
The Senior Manager is responsible for all aspects of training and development. This includes support and delivery of training programs for new hires and team members as they evolve throughout their careers spanning multiple countries.
You Will
  • Oversee the development, design, facilitation and management learning curriculum for different functional groups within the organization.
  • Assess, develop, design and launch functional learning initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze ongoing operational trends in order to improve training, quality and effectiveness of the overall customer experience.
  • Manage the use of multiple approaches in the delivery of content to team members (ex: traditional classroom, virtual classroom, technology-based learning, blended learning, reinforcement sessions, coach-the-coach, etc.).
  • Review and understand metrics that measure the effectiveness and derived business results of learning solutions to determine need for changes, additions, and /or deletions of programs.
  • Create synergy between design, operations and facilitation teams.
  • Identify and monitor learning needs through continuous review of current learning processes, analysis, partnering discussions, and cross-functional work with other critical resources.
  • Identify stakeholder objectives; set expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
You Have
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, education, adult education, social sciences, organizational development or related fields
  • 7+ years of experience developing and delivering trainings.
  • Experience with developing content for adult learning and employee development.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and presenting to and influencing senior leaders.
