The Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) comprises more than 80 staff that provide program and project management, systems and digital engineering, software, test & evaluation, logistics, cybersecurity, international/Foreign Military Sales, strategic communications, and IT support to more than 40 programs and projects in the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors Directorate (PEO IWS 2.0) and customers in Naval Surface Warfare Dahlgren Division's Integrated Combat System department, Office of Naval Research, and the Navy's Team SUBS office. #FC



Responsibilities

We are seeking a high performing T&E engineer to provide full-time support to the Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) at Combat System Engineering Development Site (CSEDS) starting September 2, 2025.

You will provide subject matter expertise for SEWIP Block 2 hardware and software efforts to support integration and test and training on the Block 2 system. You will be expected to draft test documentation including test objectives, plans, and procedures ensuring tests meet programmatic, technical, schedule, and cost requirements and objectives. You will identify required test assets, resources, and help to ensure they are available and functional for test events. You will be expected to collaborate with site host leads to coordinate site resources to ensure test events are conducted in accordance with local, state, and federal safety code, regulations, rules, processes, and procedures; ensure the proper handling and storage of classified material. You will also be expected to analyze collected data, deliver data to stakeholders for analysis, and document test results by providing status updates and assist in the preparation of quick looks, formal test reports, and other test documentation.

You will work daily from CSEDS in Moorestown, NJ. Travel to other test event sites may be required but is expected to be minimal.

Salary range: $140-180k



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

    At least 8 years of demonstrated experience with surface electronic warfare systems
  • Demonstrated experience with test and evaluation
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance

  • Bachelor or higher degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other related technical degree

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations
  • Demonstrated experience organizing and leading large meetings, workshops, or conferences

  • Demonstrated experience with JCIDs process 5000 series, agile methodology and systems development and/or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, Developmental and Operational T&E
