About the Team The Corporate Security team is responsible for the security and protection of all OpenAI employees and executives. About the Role As Director of Operations for Corporate Security (CorpSec) in the Americas, you will set the strategic direction and lead the execution of physical security operations across all U.S. offices outside of San Francisco, including New York, Washington, DC, and Seattle, among others.. This role supports all areas of CorpSec, including Resilience, which encompasses crisis management, events, training, and travel, as well as Executive Protection, Technology, International Operations, and Protective Intelligence. You will build strong relationships across the company and with external partners, lead global vendor relationships, and ensure security operations align with OpenAI's mission and culture. You will oversee a range of security services and infrastructure, build standards and systems that scale, and create safe, secure environments where OpenAI employees can do their best work.
