Job Overview

The CRM Targeting Production Assistant supports the Retention Marketing Team in driving growth and optimizes customer lifetime value through owned media. The team is responsible for the customer contact strategy, lifecycle, and end to end campaign execution for all retention channels - Email, Mobile, SMS and Direct Mail.

The Assistant will be a pivotal team member in optimizing our Mobile and SMS channel initiatives, actively contributing to audience building and execution of all requests, ensuring they meet requirements. This role also provides indispensable support to the broader team. We are seeking an adaptable and resourceful individual who can work efficiently to drive our success.

Essential Functions



  • Creating segmentation and filtering to create a targeted audience files in CRM tool (SAS360) Inclusive of email, mobile & sms messaging, site personalization, loyalty and targeted offers.
  • QA business rules with team members to ensure accuracy.
  • Partner with other CRM team members to optimize targeting and execution approach to campaigns.
  • Additional responsibilities and projects assigned.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and communicating CRM tool issues with CRM and Marketing Systems tech teams.
  • Assist with experimentation discussions and provide cohort details as needed.
  • Collaborate with other CRM team members to optimize targeting and execution approaches for campaigns.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to manage daily campaign operations status.


Skills Summary:

* 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or project management.

* Knowledge of email, Internet and direct marketing methods.

* Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a cross-functional, team-based environment.

* Self-starter with strong communication, organization and prioritization skills.

* Must have demonstrable computer skills and aptitude for technology, including proficiency with Microsoft Office software (World, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and database applications. Proven analytical abilities are a must.

* BA/BS college degree is required; concentration in Marketing a plus.

  • Self-starter with strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to escalate issues and pushback as needed.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a cross-functional, team-based environment.

  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to identify, resolve, and escalate issues, challenging the status quo when appropriate.

  • Proven strategic thinking, analytical, data interpretation, financial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Heavy focus on quality assurance and high attention to detail are essential to success.


Physical Demands



  • This position involves regular ambulating, sitting, hearing, and talking. May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Involves use of hands and fingers for typing on keyboard and using a mouse


Work Hours



  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
  • Typical work hours 9am-5pm and overtime and after-hour support as needed.


Decision Making



  • Ability to problem solve when late changes or workflow issues arise.
  • Partner with team members when making recommendations to business stakeholders
