*About the Role* We are currently hiring a *Securities* *Operations Representative 2* to join the Financial Advisor (FA) Integration Services Group at Wells Fargo Advisors. This team plays a critical role in onboarding newly hired Financial Advisors across all channels, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the organization.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Provide remote and on-site support for onboarding newly hired Financial Advisors. * Facilitate account opening and asset transfer processes with high accuracy and attention to detail. * Review and process new client paperwork, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. * Remediate issues arising from account opening or asset transfer activities. * Collaborate with Transition Consultants, Integration Consultants, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery. * Maintain internal records and generate detailed reports and metrics for each assignment. * Support ongoing tasks such as research, analysis, rejections, action items, and reporting. * Recommend and contribute to process improvement initiatives. *Required Qualifications* * Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry. * At least 1 year of experience in project support, project team participation, line-of-business support, or project management. * Experience with digital signature tools such as DocuSign or eSign. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Willingness to travel for on-site support as needed. *Preferred Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field. * Experience in wealth management or brokerage services. * Familiarity with enhanced due diligence processes and compliance standards. *Why Join Us?* This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that directly impacts advisor success and client satisfaction.
