Job Title: Accounts Receivables Associate
Duration: 2025-08-08 to 2026-02-27

Location: Nashville TN USA 37214

Pay Range:$ 20 - 22.96 hourly on W2

JOB SUMMARY :
Hours/schedule: 8-5 some flexibility but at least 8 hours per day M-F
Must have :

Excellent Excel

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: At least a year of experience plus some education in a business discipline
Job Description:

• Works with internal and external customers to procure payment of Accounts Receivable balances due.
• Performs activities under moderate supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processes payments made by customers.
• Prepares statements of accounts for customers.
• Answers basic customer inquiries.
• Prepares analysis of accounts.
• May conducts root cause analysis of late payments and suggests process improvements.
• Assists in preparing month end reporting.
• Participates in projects related to Accounts Receivable improvement
• Performs other duties as assigned.
