Location: On-site
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Expected Hours: Minimum 40 hours/week

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector to take ownership of incoming inspections, final product evaluations, shipping readiness, and non-conformance handling. This role is critical to upholding our reputation for quality and reliability.

As a QA Inspector, you will work closely with the QA Manager to support, develop, and improve our Quality Management System (QMS), inspection processes, and compliance with ISO standards.

What You'll Do
  • Perform and organize First Article Inspections for incoming materials from vendors.

  • Conduct audits and inspections on materials, products, and processes to ensure quality at every stage.

  • Identify and document non-conformances, and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Conduct final inspections of units/products before they are shipped to customers.

  • Assist with the development of inspection plans, procedures, and criteria alongside QA Management.

  • Support Continuous Improvement Teams (CIT) to drive excellence across departments.

  • Collaborate on maintaining our ISO-certified QMS and help ensure compliance.

  • Stay up to date with evolving QA and technical best practices through training, seminars, and trade events.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of hands-on QA experience, with a focus on product inspection, nonconformance handling, and auditing.

  • Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action, and MRB procedures.

  • Engineering or technical experience is a strong plus.

  • Proficiency with blueprint reading and precision measuring tools.

  • Solid computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and MRP navigation.

  • Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a technical or engineering-related field (or equivalent QA experience).
