We are currently looking for a Full-Time Mechanic Engineer (Maintenance) to join our dedicated Engineering Team. If you have strong technical expertise in facility systems and enjoy creating a safe, functional environment for guests and team members alike, this may be the ideal opportunity for you! What You'll Do: Maintain and repair all hotel building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical equipment Perform routine inspections and ensure equipment complies with safety standards Respond quickly and effectively to guest service requests and facility issues Support the upkeep of kitchen and laundry equipment, life safety systems, and emergency power systems Work a flexible schedule including AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays What We're Looking For: Open availability including AM/PM shifts and weekends High school diploma and required mechanical certifications or equivalent secondary education 2+ years of maintenance experience in a large-scale, multi-unit facility (hotel, medical facility, apartments, etc.) Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English Advanced knowledge of commercial building systems and maintenance tools (including HVAC, BAS/CMMS, and life safety equipment) Why You'll Love Being Part of Our Team: Join a welcoming, team-first culture where your skills make a difference Enjoy exclusive discounts at Starbucks-your coffee fix, on us!
