Job Summary South Mountain Community College is currently seeking a Program Analyst to support the Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences (BHS) program. This position will support the development of a student lifecycle framework for students in The program analyst will lead the coordination of this project, work with key stakeholders, research trends, and perform data analysis to create an evidence-based, student-centered experience from entry to completion of degree attainment for the BHS students. Essential Functions 30% - Develops a comprehensive student lifecycle framework within the established goals, objectives, and timeline; performs project research, evaluates and analyzes national, local and campus-specific enrollment and student support data and trends; identifies and outlines logistical components of activities, events, and workshops critical to enhancing the student experience; writes communications and promotional literature templates in preparation for distribution, such as newsletters, brochures, and/or flyers; analyzes results; recommends and/or takes appropriate action. Prepares action plans, reports, presentations, correspondence, and program documentation. 30% - Designs the application process for students in consultation with the project team; consults with local and District stakeholders; stays abreast of technology tools, systems, and best practices that will support the implementation of the application process. 30% - Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to improve student support services on campus within the guidelines of the student lifecycle framework; provides professional level staff support; interacts with students, faculty, and staff in facilitating program objectives; provides consultative services to management in establishing overall priorities related to the implementation of the student lifecycle framework. 10% - Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, business or public administration, or directly related field and two (2) years of related program management experience preferably in an educational setting. OR Associates Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, business or public administration, or directly related field and four (4) years of related program management experience preferably in an educational setting. OR High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of related program management experience preferably in an educational setting. Desired Qualifications A. Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution. B. Experience working in an educational setting. C. Experience with program coordination and/or project management. D. Experience designing relevant student development programs and/or activities. E. Experience and proficiency with technology systems to serve students effectively in physical and online settings, such as Microsoft Office, Google platforms, or others. Special Working Conditions
