Summary As the Director of Training, Web Support, and Reporting, you will lead and provide oversight to training & development, web business and performance, and reporting in line of business. Ensures deliverables meet customer and contract requirements.

Logistics: PGBA - one of BlueCross BlueShield's South Carolina subsidiary companies.

Location: This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday in a typical office environment. You will work an 8-hour shift scheduled during our normal business hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM. You may be required to travel between buildings. This role is ONSITE located in Florence,SC, Myrtle Beach, SC, or Columbia, SC.

What You'll Do:

  • Directs staff and functions related to training and development.

  • Oversee training plan development and execution of training to ensure that contract deliverables are met.

  • Responsible for development program for leaders in the line of business and employee engagement programs.

  • Oversee team that manages website development and maintenance for customers ensuring self-service functionality.

  • Research and trouble shoot issues.

  • Develop all content and communication education materials to support functionality. Includes developing demos, tutorials, and user guides.

  • Support social media presence and reporting of utilization across modalities.

  • Responsible for oversight of team providing reporting for internal and external customers.

  • Ensure reporting deliverables support service level agreements with customers.

  • Responsible for development and maintenance of reports and evaluation of new tools supporting development of reports.

  • Other assigned duties and related tasks.

To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need the Following:

  • Required Education: Bachelor's degree

  • Required Experience:

    • 10 years experience in operations management, project management, training development, or quality improvement including either 3 years supervisory experience or military grade E4 or above.

  • Required Skills and Abilities:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving and time management skills.

    • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.

    • Effective leadership skills.
