We are seeking an exceptional District Sales Manager to join our team and drive success across our sales territories. In this role, you will manage a team of 5-8 sales representatives and floating merchandisers, overseeing 150-300 accounts that generate $15-$30 million in revenue. You will be responsible for the training, development, and performance assessment of your team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets and represent our brands effectively in retail accounts. As a District Sales Manager, you will supervise your team directly, providing guidance and support on customer orders and ensuring timely resolution of issues. You will lead weekly sales meetings to review performance, set goals, and develop strategies to achieve case and revenue objectives. Your role will involve presenting monthly programs, managing incentive programs, and ensuring proper execution of the distributor suggested pricing plan. Your ability to build strong customer relationships and manage key accounts will be crucial. You will conduct customer calls, monitor sales performance, and onboard new sales representatives, covering territories as needed. You will also be responsible for approving signage, displays, and merchandising in your district, as well as establishing account programs and identifying management candidates.
