Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Person, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our products reach our customers efficiently and accurately. In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for manually loading products onto trucks, picking products for sales orders, and stacking products. Your duties will also include various clamp and fork driving tasks, such as picking customer orders, unloading trucks, and putting away finished goods.

This role is vital to our operations and requires a high level of teamwork and adherence to safety and quality standards. You will manually pick cases onto conveyor lines, load cases into delivery trucks, and move pallets of finished products to different workstations or proper warehouse locations. You will also be tasked with moving various packaging and point-of-sale materials throughout the warehouse. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential, so you'll be responsible for picking up broken cases, mopping up spills, cleaning up, disposing of broken bottles, and performing other housekeeping tasks as needed.

Success in this position requires manual hand stacking of various products, picking products for sales orders in a high-speed environment, and demonstrating strong teamwork within a diverse team. Adherence to all company safety and quality policies is mandatory, as is maintaining satisfactory attendance and timeliness. You will also need to understand and comply with all applicable quality, environmental, and safety regulatory considerations.

SHIFT: Nights - Monday - Friday, 7:00p - 3:30a + OT as needed

What You Will Need:

• High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
• Required to lift and move up to 60 pounds, including lifting overhead.
• Required to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
• Required to comply with company GMP policies.
• Experience working as a team player and desire to learn and work in other areas of the warehouse.
• Skilled in reading, writing, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Compensation:

• Hiring Salary Range Posted: set rate listed as $21.00 - $21.00 /hour
• Shift Differential as applicable
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
