The Access and Applications Coordinator is responsible for provisioning user access to SCRI/McKesson systems, maintaining IT equipment inventory, procurement of new and leased inventory, tier 1 support of SCRI applications, and assisting HR with various Workday related tasks. The Coordinator also acts as a liaison between SCRI and CereCore access teams. The Coordinator role includes answering inquiries from clients throughout SCRI via multiple platforms, including but not limited to Phone, Email, and ServiceNow ticketing. Responsibilities include initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution of user access requests and tier 1 application support requests using established tools and processes. Coordinators are responsible for provisioning account access and resolving tickets within established SLAs. They will be required to continually expand knowledge of current and upcoming products within the realm of access management and information protection. They will be required to update and distribute reference information as needed. Provisions, maintains, and removes security privileges for users of SCRI systems. Duties and Responsibilities:

**This position is WFH, however, you may be required to come into the office a few days per month, so you need to be located in commutable distance to the Greater Nashville Area.
