PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Children's Programs Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily organization of children's ski school lessons and programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily organization of ski school lessons and programs
- Supervise daily children's programs, staff, and daily operations
- Handle guest situations as needed
- Assist other supervisors and instructors on snow as needed
- Assist and coach/mentor children's ski instructors
- Assist other ski school managers with adult program organization
- Coordinate/assist with assigned special tasks, which can include: instructor assistant program, children's specialty programs, supply orders, weekly/daily special events, Ski Utah, instructor newsletter, Children's Center licensing procedures
- Develop programs to keep SAC current
- Supervise SAC staff and daily operations
- Manage supplies for activities
- Ensure that activities are organized in a timely manner
- Organize staff evaluations and meetings
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience supervising employees, coaching performances, solving problems, and handling guest relations
- Experience supervising children's programs preferred
- Current PSIA Level I preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills essential
- Strong leadership abilities
- Must be a team-oriented player and able to work under the pressure of a high-volume environment
- Able to lift minimum of 40 lbs.

- Flex Year Round
- Winter: mid-October - mid-April
- Summer: mid-May - mid-August
PAY RATE:
- $52,000 - 60,000, dependent on experience
