Production Supervisor

We're looking for experienced leaders to help oversee production operations at one of the nation's top manufacturing facilities. If you're a hands-on problem solver with a strong background in quality control and team supervision, we want to hear from you.

As a Production Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of production and operating workers. You'll be responsible for driving team performance, identifying and resolving production issues, and ensuring that quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of production personnel
  
• Recommend strategies to improve production methods, equipment efficiency, and product quality
  
• Monitor performance and implement motivational measures to improve team output
  
• Collaborate with technical and administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues
  
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems
  
• Analyze reports and maintenance logs to proactively detect production problems
  
• Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff; address grievances and enforce policy compliance
  
• Prepare and maintain production reports, personnel records, and performance documentation
  

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
  
• Minimum 10 years of production or manufacturing experience
  
• Proven experience in hiring, training, and managing teams
  
• Strong verbal communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  
• In-depth knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and safety compliance
  
• Familiarity with machines, tools, and maintenance best practices
  
• Understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and production schematics
