SUMMARY:

Our Manufacturing Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Prefab department. This position will ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Review and respond to Prefab Emails.
  • Coordinate with Project teams throughout order process.
  • Coordinate and follow up on issues between Field teams and Spooling dept.
  • Review Job statuses with shop leads.
  • Communicate with project teams on detail or material issues.
  • Track production goals of the shop.
  • Support shop leads to resolve project related question and issues.
  • Coordinate with Receiving on Material releases, issues, and delays.
  • Notify Field teams of material and order delays.
  • Help to manage project schedules.
  • Lead Monthly/Weekly meetings with field project teams.
  • Labor Cost estimating and quoting.
  • Shipping Cost estimating and quoting.
  • Shipment and tracking notifications to field teams.
  • Work within ERP (E2) System.
  • Work Order review.
  • Able to read and basic comprehension of construction plans and detail drawings.
  • Process change-orders.
  • May assist with hours reporting and time tracking.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:



  • Valid Arizona Driver's License
  • 4+ years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Sales in a manufacturing industry required.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills with ERP Systems and proficient in MS Excel and Word.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organization and administrative skills.
  • Ability to operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts.

COMPENSATION

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits.
