As an Assembler III, you'll take on a senior-level role that combines precision craftsmanship with problem-solving leadership. You'll help bring equipment to life-assembling complex mechanical and electrical components to exact specifications while mentoring others and driving continuous improvement. How You'll Make an Impact: Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components with precision, following close tolerances and exact specifications Perform assigned remanufacturing operations including disassembly, minor repairs, sorting, cleaning, and inspection of small dispensing units, industrial dish machines, or major subassemblies Use fixtures, hand tools, and power tools to complete repetitive and complex assembly tasks accurately and efficiently Follow process and specification sheets with consistency to ensure quality and compliance Perform hydraulic and electrical checks to confirm equipment is functioning safely and reliably Identify and resolve recurring technical issues using structured problem-solving tools and implement corrective actions Complete labor reporting and recordkeeping with attention to detail Communicate proactively about maintenance needs, quality concerns, or safety issues Support the development of others by sharing knowledge, mentoring, and assisting with training Step in wherever needed to help the team meet its goals and deliver on shared commitments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure quality standards are met Contribute to a safe, efficient, and inclusive work environment through continuous improvement and teamwork Position Details: Plant Location: Eagan Plant 990 Lone Oak Rd Work Week & Shift:Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; weekend rotation of 2 weekends a month What's Unique About This Role: Be part of a purpose-driven team that builds equipment supporting clean water, safe food, abundant energy, and healthy environments Gain hands-on experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while learning industry-leading tools and processes Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement where your ideas and attention to detail help drive safety, efficiency, and quality Grow in a supportive environment that values collaboration, communication, and shared success across every level of the team Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Two years of previous experience Experience using hand and power tools Immigration Sponsorship not available for this opportunity Physical Demands: Position requires lifting/carrying 50lbs Position requires standing upwards of 10 hours Position requires passing a drug screen and physical exam Preferred Qualifications: Basic math ability Collaborative and team-orientated Experience working in a fast-paced environment Time-management and communication skills What's in it For You: Starting on Day 1: Access to our comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, matching 401K, company-paid pension, stock purchase plan, paid parental leave, select discounted childcare resources, and more! Annual or Hourly Compensation Range: $50000 - $80000 Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
