The Financial Analysis Manager II, Industrial will:
- Report, analyze, and summarize financial and operational performance results including variance and trend analysis, risks and opportunity assessment, identification and follow up of corrective actions, and driving fact-based business decision-making.
- Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and development to finance associates to achieve business results and prepare associates for future responsibilities.
- Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) transformation goals to optimize, simplify, and automate P&A tasks across Ecolab divisions.
- Coordinate monthly close and forecast activities, including communicating guidance, facilitating system loads, analyzing results, and preparing content for business reviews with senior leadership.
- Partner with division finance teams to understand external and internal business dynamics and their impact on results.
- Lead the development of the annual plan by working across multiple key stakeholders.
- Develop sustainable content for use in monthly business reviews (MBRs) and provide ad-hoc financial analytics and deep dives to facilitate decision making.
- Partner with broader finance and business stakeholders to drive critical reporting needs and capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Financial Mathematics, Accounting or related field plus three (3) years of experience in financial services, capital markets, and financial planning and analysis.
- Or alternatively, may have a Bachelor's's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Financial Mathematics, Accounting or related field and five (5) years of experience in financial services, capital markets, and financial planning and analysis.
- Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") conducting financial modeling and strategic business reviews, including utilizing Return on Investment (ROI) analysis and cash flow projections for the valuation of large investments to aid organizational decision making.
- DE in data analysis, issue identification, and developing complex quantitative models to perform comprehensive and in-depth analysis for business and corporate strategic planning.
- DE preparing and reporting on financial performance including presenting for senior management reviews.
- DE supervising a cross-functional team and developing talent including creating development plans and providing continuous feedback and coaching.
- DE working with advanced spreadsheet, graphics and financial systems, including Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, PowerBi, Tableau and MS Office.
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
$152,000.00 - $195,100 per year Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
