Summary: The Project Manager will serve as a key member of the team supporting the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) through the PEDTAC contract. This role is responsible for managing contract performance across all Planning and Exercise Division (PED) offices and branches. The Project Manager will oversee task execution, ensure compliance with contractual requirements, coordinate with government leads, and allocate contractor resources to meet evolving operational and planning needs. Must be available to the COR via telephone between 0800 and 1700 EST, Monday through Friday, and respond within 24 hours to technical problem notifications. This position plays a vital role in the development and coordination of strategic and operational plans that strengthen FEMA's readiness to respond to disasters and emergencies across the United States. The ideal candidate has a strong background in emergency management planning, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a desire to contribute to meaningful work that enhances national resilience. Pay and Benefits The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000 annually. At Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
