Advantage Technical is excited to partner with an industry-leading manufacturer in search of a Yard Truck and Fork Truck Driver in Ayer, MA. In this role, you will operate yard truck to move trailers, assist with forklift and warehouse loading, and follow all safety, quality, and food safety protocols. Pay: $25/hr. (plus $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift)

Schedule: 6:00am - 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide empty trailers for loading and stage full trailers in designated areas.
  • Accurately identify trailer inventory and match to correct carrier.
  • Coordinate trailer door assignments with road carriers and departments.
  • Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and recycling on trailer placement.
  • Follow all warehouse, yard truck, and forklift safety procedures.
  • Complete and submit required paperwork accurately.



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; forklift and yard truck experience preferred.
  • CDL preferred or expired is fine.
