Job Summary We are currently hiring a Vice President for our Specialty Solutions team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to manage the onsite program for an assigned territory that crosses multiple states. This position is responsible for driving business growth, retaining business, and growing clients from within. Manages program in a strategic manner, reviewing analytics with teams on operational and financial performance, and performs market analysis to identify future market targets. Leads and manages business development teams, and operations teams for territory. Essential Duties
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and financial performance for the region, ensuring revenue targets are met and expenses are managed effectively. Performs regular reviews and analysis of P&L performance with leadership team.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of Directors of on-site operations, Director of Sales, on-site managers, On-site supervisors, and recruiters, across the region, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Market Penetration: Reviews and designs strategy based on market data and increases market penetration within the region by strategically targeting key industries, verticals, and geographical areas for business development and expansion.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Ensures that leadership teams are managing and engaging continuous improvement methodologies.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on staffing activities, trends, and outcomes within the region. Attends QBRs and ensures completed with each client on a regular basis.
