Job Title: Scrum Master
Duration: 12 months Location: North Chicago, IL 60085 As a Scrum Master within our AI Enablement organization, you will play a crucial role in facilitating agile teams focused on advancing AI initiatives across the enterprise, with a strong emphasis on enhancing AI learning and education. Your responsibilities will include fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement, while effectively addressing obstacles to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of AI capabilities and learning solutions. Collaboration is paramount, and you will work cross-functionally with diverse professionals including developers, business stakeholders, technical experts,and leadership to ensure the seamless integration of agile practices. Your pivotal role will champion AI learning, supporting the cultivation of an AI-proficient workforce that can meet future challenges. * Are you open to look at candidates willing to relocate? No * Years of experience/education and/or certifcations required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems/Computer Science, or a related discipline. 7-10 years of experience as Project Manager / ScrumMaster PMP Certification is preferred. * What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have? o Mastery of Agile Facilitation and Scrum Methodologies: Guide agile teams to enhance productivity and innovation in delivering impactful AI initiatives. This involves applying Scrum principles to manage workload efficiently o Demonstrated Experience Working with AI in Day-to-Day Work: Leverage AI tools to drive innovation, efficiency and decision making. o Expertise in Jira: Use Jira for tracking project progress, managing backlogs and reporting on key project metrics. o Strong Organizational and Communication Skills: Maintain effective communication with the team and stakeholders. Facilitate structured organization and time management to handle multiple projects and commitments efficiently. o Leading Change Management: lead change management efforts that drive the adoption of AI-driven capabilities organization-wide. o SharePoint Expertise for Enhanced Collaboration: Utilize your SharePoint skills to refine site content and design, fostering seamless collaboration and optimal resource management. o Skilled in Storytelling and Developing Training and Communication Materials: Harness storytelling to create engaging narratives. Develop compelling, high-quality training and communication materials to ensure effective program delivery. | |
