Position Overview As a Customer Experience Associate (CEA), you will play a vital role in delivering world-class service to our customers. You'll be the first point of contact for inquiries via phone and email, ensuring each interaction is handled with efficiency, professionalism, and care. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to creating a frictionless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities * Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone (25-50+ calls/day) and email (50-100+ emails/day). * Provide accurate information regarding shipping, product availability, pricing, and order status. * Research and resolve customer issues using internal systems and resources. * Create and manage customer cases to ensure timely resolution. * Collaborate across departments to address customer needs and ensure seamless service. * Manage orders and exceptions throughout the fulfillment process. * Communicate clearly and professionally across multiple channels. * Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to deliver transparent and effective solutions. * Handle both internal and external inquiries with a customer-first mindset. * Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience. *e*Qualifications Must-Have Skills & Experience: * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a product-based company (non-scripted environments preferred). * Experience with order entry in an ERP system. * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word. * Strong general computer skills and email communication. * High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Skills: * Experience with claims processing and order issue resolution. * Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics. * High-volume inbound phone experience (50+ calls/day). * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Soft Skills * Self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems without supervision. * Resourceful and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. * Excellent written communication and a positive, professional attitude. * High level of accountability and commitment to customer satisfaction. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
