Procurement Operations Manager, Fruit Prep & Plant Based

The Procurement Ops Manager, Fruit Prep and Plant Based is part of the North America (NORAM) One Direct team, reporting to the Category Activation Director, Fruit Prep & Plant Based of North America. The main activities for this role are to support procurement related activities for both the Fruit Preparations and Plant Based ingredients categories and to work closely in collaboration with the category director and buyers.
The position is based in either Broomfield, CO, or White Plains, NY, US.

The salary range for this position is $79,000 - $114,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. * Business, Agriculture or Engineering MS or Bachelor's degree.
* 3-5 plus years in direct materials procurement (food industry sourcing a plus)
* Strong analytical skills
* Driven personality pursuing to compliance, alignment & standardization
* Highly organized and systematic
* Strong communication skills with business background
* Proven skills in both written and verbal communication, influencing and stakeholder management
* Ability to perform within a complex and "fast-paced" environment
* Strong knowledge and experience in Purchasing Category Management
* Team player, pragmatic, and accountable
* Strong interpersonal skills
* High proficiency in Microsoft applications with particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint
