As Director of Executive Engagement, you will engage with senior executives from corporate, government, and international entities, delivering briefings and presentations on intelligence products. You will articulate how our developed tools and analyses mitigate corporate risks and empower informed decision-making at the highest levels. This position requires a willingness to conduct domestic and international travel to meet with clients, attend conferences, and facilitate on-site engagements.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive clients, including C-suite leaders, policymakers, and international partners, to understand their intelligence needs and priorities.






  • Prepare and deliver compelling briefings and presentations on intelligence products, highlighting how our advanced AI tools (e.g., risk assessment platforms, predictive analytics) mitigate corporate risks such as supply chain disruptions, cyber threats, and geopolitical instabilities.






  • Translate complex intelligence insights into actionable recommendations that inform senior executive decision-making, emphasizing strategic value and risk reduction.






  • Help shape product development and roadmap decisions by conveying executive feedback and surfacing high-value use cases for intelligence.






  • Collaborate with internal teams, including analysts and tool developers, to customize intelligence products and demonstrations for client-specific scenarios.






  • Organize and lead executive-level workshops, seminars, and site visits to showcase capabilities and foster long-term partnerships.






  • Monitor client feedback and evolving needs to refine engagement strategies and ensure alignment with agency objectives.






  • Develop executive summaries, case studies, and impact reports that demonstrate the ROI of intelligence tools in mitigating risks and supporting decisions.






  • Represent Crisis24 at industry events, conferences, and interagency forums to promote our expertise in risk mitigation and decision support.





Required Qualifications:




  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in executive engagement, client relations, or strategic communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role, preferably in intelligence, consulting, or corporate risk management.






  • Proven track record of briefing and presenting to senior executives, with examples of influencing decision-making through intelligence or analytical products.






  • Strong expertise in corporate risk mitigation strategies and how intelligence tools support executive decisions.






  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.






  • Willingness and ability to conduct frequent domestic and international travel.






  • Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).




Preferred Skills and Experience:




  • Background in intelligence analysis, national security, or corporate strategy to enhance credibility in client interactions.






  • Familiarity with ODNI standards and intelligence product formats for seamless integration into briefings.
