Role Objective

Provide customer service, operational and sales support for strategic accounts. Build, maintain and manage account relationships with manufacturing representatives, field sellers, sales support coordinators and account representatives in support of sales and fulfillment activities. Coordinate systems and processes for special account management projects. Create and maintain order management reports for strategic accounts, including real time reporting of order shortages and root cause analysis. Partner with Logistics in scheduling customer deliveries.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate initiatives among strategic accounts, GOJO sellers, manufacturer's representatives, internal processes and any other relevant parties
  • Provide ongoing maintenance of contact data in accordance with established processes
  • Team with Pricing Administrator and Bid Coordinator to maintain accurate pricing and rebate programs for strategic accounts
  • Implement, track and manage orders for promotions and activities, reporting progress and/or issues to Sales Management, Operations and strategic accounts
  • Respond to inbound orders, product and order questions and strategic account issues
  • Monitor and follow up on strategic account orders and issues
  • Confer with Sales Management and strategic accounts to resolve account issues
  • Provide proactive communication to strategic accounts
  • Ensure enterprise and customers' service levels are met or exceeded
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects
  • Create deliveries to allow for minimal shipments to the customer, while optimizing freight charges
  • Team with Scheduling, Interplant Operations, Logistics and Warehousing to ensure SKUs are in the correct warehouse at the current time to fulfill strategic customers' orders
  • Team with Logistics to arrange for timely pick-up and delivery of customer shipments
  • Track results of shipments and root causes for missed deliveries to minimize compliance fines
  • Team with transportation partners to track shipments and locate lost product
  • Provide strategic account information for sales management presentations, when required
  • Extensive knowledge of GOJO SKUs, policies and procedures

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Five (5) or more years of experience with customer service, marketing, logistics preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment. Experience with ERP order entry systems. Supervisory experience is a plus.
