* JOB DESCRIPTION:* * Role: Operational Accounting Assistant 2 * Function: Primarily data entry * Top Skills Required* * Data Entry: Accuracy and speed are essential. * MS Excel: Basic familiarity required (training or coursework is acceptable). * Financial Services Experience: Prior experience Or with Banking experience is preferred. * Experience Requirements* * Minimum: 6 months in a professional environment (any office-based or structured setting). * Education / License Requirements* * High School Diploma required. * Must be comfortable with technology. * Preferred Qualifications* * Experience working under tight deadlines or urgent conditions. * Fast typing skills. * Attention to detail is critical. * Accounting experience is a plus. * Ability to multitask effectively. * Secondary Skills (Nice to Have)* * General office support experience. * Familiarity with financial or compliance-related tasks. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
