Sales Director, Mega Fleets What We Need As a Sales Director with Element, you impact the financial success of the business through the ability to secure new business. This role will focus on closing multi-year contracts encompassing both finance and services for large-scale businesses in Fortune 500 companies, generating an average of $2.5 million in annual revenue, minimum of 1-2 clients per year. You will work diligently to cultivate relationships with Fortune 500 C-suite executives that result in solving their fleet management challenges and adding value to their bottom line. This role will work collaboratively with internal teams, specifically with account management, professional and operational services to ensure a successful sales hand-off/client implementation. This role is vital to the company's overall growth strategy. To be successful in this role, candidate must have a deep understanding of enterprise selling, fleet and/or equipment finance and services, articulating a strong value proposition, sales operational expertise, and superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a new business development is required. Requirements
Competencies
The hiring base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $137,500 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
