We have an opportunity for a Zone Account Manager for our largest Pool customer in the Midwest/Northeast area. You will support the execution of the Strategic Account Plan within the assigned region and branches. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen understanding of our products and services.

You will:

  • Support the execution of the Strategic Account Plan within the assigned region and branches.
  • Interact regularly with partners to proactively address needs and concerns.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and address tactical issues at the branch level.
  • Own planning and forecasting to feed into the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • Coordinate with the field team to address pull-through activities with the branch.
  • Build influential leadership with territory sales managers to ensure cohesive support for the branches.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to proactively identify problems and opportunities, addressing them in an expedited fashion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Key Account Manager.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations to clients.
  • Resolve any issues or problems faced by branches and escalate, as necessary.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated TTC range will be from $118400 - $219900 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with a demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus, and/or sales incentives.
