Warehouse Forklift Operator

Staffmark is looking for experienced Warehouse Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced distribution center in Manor, TX. If you have prior experience operating Crown stand-up forklifts and cherry pickers, this is a great opportunity to work with a reliable team and earn competitive pay.

Pay Rate: $20.00-$21.50/hour (based on shift)

Schedule: 24/7 facility - multiple shifts available with start times between 9:00 AM and 12:00 AM.

Work 4 days/week (10-12+ hour shifts), including either Saturday or Sunday.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Crown stand-up electric forklifts and cherry pickers safely and efficiently
• Pick and pull chip and snack products according to order sheets and replenishment needs
• Load and unload trucks while minimizing product damage
• Stage and organize products for shipment in proper sequence
• Perform equipment checks and promptly report safety concerns or malfunctions
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with restocking and inventory counts as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience operating Crown stand-up forklifts and cherry pickers (required)
• Valid forklift/cherry picker certification or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to read and follow order/pick lists and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks throughout long shifts
• Basic math skills for inventory tasks
• Dependable, team-oriented, and punctual with solid communication skills
