Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR & Payroll Analyst to provide critical support to our Human Resources team during our HRIS transition from ADP to UKG. This role will assist with routine HR data management, basic reporting, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will bring some HRIS or payroll experience and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, implementation-focused environment.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Support data entry and updates in HR systems, including employee onboarding, terminations, and job changes.



  • Assist with preparing and reviewing payroll audit reports and ad hoc reports as requested.



  • Provide support to employees and managers with HRIS access, system navigation, and password resets.



  • Serve as the primary administrator for e-Verify and eI9 processes, including supporting eI9 administrators.



  • Coordinate and process employment verifications.



  • Generate and send termination letters; track and monitor final pay and outstanding items.



  • Monitor HR/Payroll shared mailbox and respond to routine employee inquiries; or direct them to the appropriate team member.



  • Request and track background checks for new hires and internal transfers.



  • Support document retention efforts, including filing and electronic record management.



  • Collaborate with the HRIS and Payroll teams on tasks related to the ADP-to-UKG transition where needed.



  • Perform additional administrative tasks or special projects as assigned.


  • Demonstrate commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:



  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience providing Human Resources support required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, payroll, or HRIS-related work (internships or prior temp roles welcomed).
  • HRIS and/or payroll system experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with ADP Enterprise and ADP Recruitment Management is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of payroll processing and the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, terminations).


Skills:



  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience working with HRIS systems; familiarity with ADP Enterprise is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Well-developed communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated follow-through and ability to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proactive in escalating issues or concerns to the appropriate parties when necessary.
