Position Summary:
CDO Technologies is seeking a System Administrator I to support the Air Force Global Enterprise Tracking (AFGET) program. In this role, you will work closely with senior administrators to ensure the operational readiness of mission-critical infrastructure, including servers, networks, and radio frequency identification (RFID) systems. This position supports the sustainment and enhancement of the AFGET program's IT infrastructure, contributing directly to mission success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the AFGET lead system administrator in maintaining optimal server and network performance.

• Monitor and manage daily server loads and network operations.

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.

• Conduct routine health checks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate server reboots.

• Install applications to meet network and mission requirements.

• Travel to support AFGET operations at out-of-state customer locations, including infrastructure inspections, training, and troubleshooting.

• Configure and implement cloud integrations and automation solutions for monitoring and incident response.

• Document system configurations, network layouts, and updates.

• Identify and deploy system and network upgrades.

• Serve as equipment custodian as needed.

• Evaluate, test, document, and deploy new end-user technologies.

• Provide technical support and facilitate end-user training on software and technologies.

• Use DoD-approved ticketing systems (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow, ITSM) to track and resolve issues.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years experience in systems administratio
• An active Secret Security clearance
• An active IAT II Certification: Security+ or equivalent
• Working knowledge of both active and passive RFID technologies.
• Proficiency in both Windows and Linux server environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel to support out of state sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Automated Identification Technologies (AIT)

• Familiarity with DoD ticketing systems (Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.).

CDO's total compensation for each position is set within an established range. The final compensation will be determined by demonstrated skills and experience.
