Director PIVOT Operations
What you will be doing: The Director PIVOT Operations is a subject matter expert on the PIVOT platform and will lead PIVOT partners through implementation of the platform and provide direction and leadership on how to use the system for maximum value. This role provides ongoing support to executive leadership teams and will use the platform to identify performance improvement opportunities for Customers. This position is responsible for relationship development, customer satisfaction, quality of results and project profitability. The Director PIVOT Operations must have a strong background in medical group finance and/or operations, have excellent executive level communication skills, analytical skills, and be comfortable working in large data sets. Key Responsibilities Subject Matter Expertise- 40%
Provide technical and operational training to PIVOT partners to find margin improvement opportunities across various levels of users (e.g., executives, practice leadership, providers, etc.) Troubleshoot access, data integrity issues, or functionality issues with the ability to communicate findings to the portfolio and development teams. Expert use the PIVOT platform to create custom, repeatable, business intelligence reports Participate in product development and methodology to continue driving features, functionality, and value for PIVOT partners. Contribute as a content generator and presenter for Provide thought-leadership and assistance to other team members to support continued growth of PIVOT. Provide support to junior team members related to the platform, client interactions, implementation leading practices, and reinforcing team culture
Client Management - 40%
Serve as primary point of contact for PIVOT partners including the fostering of positive relationships with client SME and executive team members. Responsible for client's usership, platform adoption, and active engagement with the PIVOT platform. Facilitate executive relationships with advisory leadership for opportunity identification. Document success stories and ROI for marketing and publication.
Project Oversight - 20%
Lead new client implementations, facilitating decision-making, roll out strategy, and building trust and confidence in the PIVOT platform. Organize, lead, and facilitate workstreams related to product development, member events, methodology, and process changes.
Required Qualifications Work Experience: Years of Applicable Experience - 7 or more years
Education: Bachelors (Required)
Preferred Qualifications Skills:
Physician practice / medical group finance and operations Professional C-suite level written and verbal communication. Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets Ability to lead executive leadership teams through critical decision making
Experience:
Experience managing physician practices / medical groups. Experience working in a medical group BI team. Experience preparing and delivering reports to executive leadership teams

Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's internal salary range for this role is $113,000 - $188,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
