Ready to grow your career with a leading manufacturer in the supplement industry? Staffmark is now hiring an experienced Machine Operator to join a dynamic team in Chatsworth, CA.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, full benefits, and a steady second shift schedule.

Pay: $22.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Saturday | 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (some overtime may be required)

What You'll Do:



  • Plan and perform machine/line changeovers, including cleaning, inspecting, and setting up parts and equipment.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain filling machines and related equipment such as blenders, encapsulators, and conveyors.
  • Assist in preventive maintenance and support Maintenance Technicians as needed.
  • Perform manual tasks like machine loading, hand packing, and visual quality inspections, adhering to cGMP and safety standards.
  • Follow sanitization and washroom procedures in accordance with pharmaceutical guidelines.
  • Document production data accurately and follow batch records and SOPs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with 5S principles.
  • Wear required PPE and uphold all safety and cGMP protocols.



Requirements:



  • Minimum 3 years of machine operator experience in a pharmaceutical, supplement, or similar cGMP environment
  • Experience with GMP documentation and cleanroom procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Steel-toe boots required
