Job Summary:

AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. The AEG Community Affairs Intern will have the opportunity to work alongside a team that is passionate about corporate philanthropy and community engagement. The Intern will be responsible for assisting the department with special projects related to public service initiatives and community outreach.

Responsibilities:



  • Assist with managing, distributing, and tracking donation requests
  • Assist with executing external affairs and community affairs community programs
  • Assist with AEG Community Foundation's grantmaking and corporate giving initiatives
  • Communicate with external community partners on behalf of the company
  • Assist with planning and hosting the "AEG Futures" Youth Program
  • Other tasks and assignments, as needed


Qualifications:



  • Passion for sports and live entertainment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Forms)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong multi-tasker
  • Passion for activism, community building, and advocacy
  • The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week during the fall.

Pay Scale: $19.00 - $21.00

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.

Benefits: Part-time: This position is not eligible for benefits.
