Under limited supervision, define processes, technical infrastructure, and architectural standards for development and implementation of systems at the enterprise level. About the Role: As a key member of the Infrastructure Capacity team, the Systems Architect Advisor plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of our technology environment. This role is responsible for monitoring resource utilization, forecasting future infrastructure needs, and proactively identifying capacity risks across compute, storage, network, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate brings a balance of analytical expertise and technical knowledge to help optimize system performance and align infrastructure resources with business growth. By partnering with cross-functional teams-including operations, architecture, finance, and application owners-this role ensures we maintain a resilient and cost-effective infrastructure that supports strategic initiatives and service level expectations. Domicile Information This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. Preference is to be hybrid in Memphis, TN. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field, and/or equivalent. Minimum Experience Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Keeps current on industry QA standards and practices. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
