TEKsystems Is looking for Lead Fire Alarm Technicians! Job Description: TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Lead Fire Alarm Installer to join our team for a long-term project. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently or lead a small team, interpret blueprints, and ensure high-quality installations of fire alarm systems. Responsibilities: * Lead fire alarm installation projects from start to finish. * Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings. * Supervise and guide helpers during installations. * Install and route cable for fire alarm systems. * Collaborate with other trades and project managers to ensure timely completion. * Maintain safety and compliance with local codes and standards. Required Skills: * Fire alarm system installation * Cable routing and management * Ability to read and interpret blueprints Preferred Skills: * Experience with access control and CCTV systems * Programming experience (a plus but not required) * Experience with Honeywell and Silent Knight systems is a plus Experience Level: Intermediate - Must have prior experience leading installations and working independently. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
