TEKsystems is working with one of our local companies on island to hire a UX Designer! Are you passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences? We're partnering with a Hawaii-based company to find a UX Designer who will lead the user experience design process - from research and discovery to wireframes and prototyping - for a modern system platform. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and the Marketing Design team to shape how customers engage with core system processes. You'll focus on usability, clarity, and scalable workflows that make complex tasks approachable and seamless. If you are interested, please apply and one of our recruiter will reach out to you! Responsibilities: * Conduct user research and translate insights into journey maps, task flows, and experience improvements. * Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models to clarify complex workflows. * Lead UX strategy and design for product features from discovery through delivery. * Collaborate with the Marketing Designer to ensure UI elements align with brand and design system standards. * Contribute to the evolution of the internal design system with a focus on usability and scalability. * Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical feasibility. Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in UX design for digital products, especially SaaS or business platforms. * Strong understanding of user-centered design principles applied to complex systems. * Proficiency in design tools like Figma, with the ability to build and communicate interactive prototypes. * Experience designing and documenting within a design system. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * A mindset that values continuous improvement, experimentation, and customer empathy.
