Risepoint is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Healthcare Partnerships Manager to develop and sustain clinical and workforce partnerships with healthcare providers across the country. This leader will be instrumental in securing clinical affiliation agreements and designing innovative, long-term workforce development solutions that align with our nursing prelicensure and academic programs. The role calls for someone who can bridge the worlds of education and healthcare. Day In a Life: The essential functions of this role are as follows:
- Build and manage strategic relationships with hospital and healthcare system leaders to establish clinical affiliation agreements that support Risepoint's nursing prelicensure programs.
- Serve as the key liaison between Risepoint and partner health systems, ensuring alignment of goals, values, and workforce needs.
- Collaborate with academic and internal teams to align program design and implementation with the expectations and capabilities of clinical sites.
- Develop and present partnership proposals that include shared value frameworks, ROI, and long-term workforce impact.
- Negotiate agreements and manage partnership lifecycles to ensure compliance, sustainability, and mutual growth.
- Identify opportunities for broader workforce development initiatives, including apprenticeship pathways, career ladders, and upskilling programs.
- Track performance metrics and outcomes from clinical and workforce partnerships to continuously improve strategy and effectiveness.
- Represent Risepoint at industry events, conferences, and collaborative convenings related to healthcare workforce transformation.
What You'll Need for Success: You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or an MBA.
- Five to Seven years of work experience and proven track record in business development, sales, and/or building strategic partnerships, preferably with universities or other highly complex companies or institutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in an extraordinarily fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Understanding of business development principles.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Understanding of US higher education trends preferred.
