JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The Donor and Member Services office within the Division of Development and Alumni Relations seeks to hire four part-time gift processing specialists. The duration of the assignment is expected to be approximately five months and is anticipated to commence mid-October. Projected hours will be up to 20 hours per week with flexibility permitted between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. However, the number of hours may vary depending upon available tasks. Position responsibilities include maintenance and update of the Division's database including: the accurate identification of constituents; the recording of gifts & memberships; and updating biographical information, including deceasing. These positions will also assist with opening and preparing mail, data cleanup projects, and other tasks as assigned. Attention to detail, ability to reconcile discrepancies, good time management, and the ability to follow written procedures are required.
